✦ ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHAPTER HOUSE STEWARDSHIP & REQUISITE POTLUCK ✦

To all Concordants in good standing:

You are hereby notified of the forthcoming Stewardship & Upkeep Session to be held at the principal Chapter House on:

☞ Saturday, the 17th of August, Year MMXXV
☞ Convening at 9:30 in the forenoon, local time

This session is convened in fulfillment of our shared custodial obligations and to address necessary matters of domestic preservation. The following tasks have been identified for attention and action:

• Exterior touch-up painting of east-facing trim and door frame
• Window re-caulking in the north reading alcove
• Patch and repaint interior plasterwork along stairwell (noted during Spring thaw)
• Light fixture inspection and bulb replacement, particularly in the Map Room corridor
• Reorganization and mild dusting of archival boxes (Vol. IV–IX) in storage annex
• Fence gate alignment following seasonal warping
• General grounds cleanup, including removal of invasive growth near the ledger marker stone

All tools and supplies will be provided. Members may, if they so wish, bring personal implements of reputable quality.

Appropriate attire is requested: durable work garments suited for light construction, painting, and minor exertion. No ceremonial robes required, though insignia pins may be worn discreetly.
